Its office is in Westminster, California, and a Northern California office is on the way.

Founder · Tax strategy and planning
Andy Lam is a real estate CPA and a founder of Real Deal CPA, where he leads tax strategy and planning. Andy runs the tax strategy—from your written tax plan to the calls that help implement your plan during the year. He holds a Master of Business Taxation from USC Marshall, and has opened and sold a gym business of his own.
Founder · Tax preparation and compliance
Liz Hernandez is a bilingual real estate CPA and a founder of Real Deal CPA, where she works with real estate investors and business owners. Liz oversees the tax returns and ensures you’re in good standing with the IRS and state agencies. She invests in real estate herself and owns several properties. She holds a Master’s in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and consults in Spanish as well as English.
Logo
Use the full logo wherever it fits. The short version and the monogram are for narrow and square spaces. SVG files are for print and signs; PNG files, with transparent backgrounds, are for websites and apps.
Using these
Colors and type
Blue is the one accent: the logo’s stroke, buttons and highlights, never a whole page. Headings, text and the logo are set in Geist, and figures in IBM Plex Mono.
