When you become a client

Using this site, answering its questions, emailing us or booking a discovery call does not make you a client of Real Deal CPA. A client relationship begins only when you and the firm sign an engagement letter that describes the work.

Worked examples and prices

The worked examples on the site are illustrative. Each one shows how a strategy can work on the assumptions it states. Your own result depends on your facts, the tax law that applies to you, and how a strategy is carried out.

Prices on the site are starting prices. Your price is confirmed with you before any work starts.

What you send us

Please do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers or other tax documents through this website or by email. After you book, we give you a link to our secure client portal, and that is where documents go. Our privacy policy, at realdealcpa.com/privacy, says how we handle what you send.

Other companies’ services

The site links to services other companies run, such as our client portal. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Our content

The site’s text, design, logo and photographs belong to Real Deal CPA. You are welcome to share links to the site and to quote short passages with credit. Please ask before reusing anything else.
